Experienced in auditing medium and large-sized companies, including industrial, construction, commercial, insurance, financial and service sectors, government, and municipalities. Certified trainer in accounting and finance. Participating member of corporate management committees and numerous corporate audit and investigation committees. Attended several courses on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Additionally, has experience in auditing and preparing separate and consolidated financial statements.

Eight years of experience in internal and external auditing and compliance auditing. Experienced in auditing medium and large-sized companies, including industrial, construction, commercial, insurance, financial and service sectors, government, and municipalities. Expert in mergers and legal transformations of all types of companies. Participating member of company management committees and numerous audit and investigation committees. Expert in company valuation before the courts.
Head of Audit Department
Mr. Raed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Islamic Sciences University. He has over seven years of experience in external auditing, having audited large, medium, and small companies across various sectors, particularly the industrial and service sectors. He has completed several courses in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). In addition, he has experience in auditing and preparing separate and consolidated financial statements. He is proficient in using statistical sampling and analysis software and has a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Mr. Raed has experience in various fields, especially industrial and precious metals companies, as well as non-profit organizations. He has also completed several courses in financial management and planning.
